Homebate® helps buyers and sellers negotiate real estate commission credits with their agent representatives, and works with 3rd party companies to provide loan, energy and home improvement rebates for clients in order to receive the ultimate savings.
As an Owner or Seller member, you can keep track of your home’s current value through our automated Sale and Rental Analysis tools. When you’re ready to list your home, we’ll connect you with a Homebate® Partner Agent who can sell your home for as low as $2,500.
As a buyer member, you can view open houses, new construction projects, schedule tours, check home values and investment returns or even make an offer online. When you purchase a home using a Homebate® Partner Agent, you’ll receive up to 50% of the Partner Agents Commission as a Credit to help pay for your closing costs.
